Frederic started his career in 2007 in the transport and supply chain sector (Antwerp, Rotterdam, Schiphol, & Zaventem), quickly advancing to executive positions.

In 2014, he founded the job board TL Hub (SaaS) specializing in this field, and after convincing over 300 clients (including many Fortune 500 companies), he sold the business in 2018 to a media player active in this niche.

Before joining CBP, Frederic held several direction roles in non-profit organizations specializing in education (IT, Software Development, AI, Cybersecurity...) and the environment.
