We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in France and explore new market opportunities. In this strategic role, you’ll work directly with the CEO, take ownership of the full sales cycle, and have a direct impact on company growth and client success.

🎯 Your Mission

Lead end-to-end business development in France and other new markets

Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to implementation

Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Identify and reach out to new leads and market opportunities

Schedule and lead client meetings (on-site or virtual)

Deliver compelling product demos tailored to client needs

Manage negotiations and close deals efficiently

Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation

Maintain strong client relationships and share insights to improve our product and service offering

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in tech or SaaS

Strong communicator who builds trust and inspires confidence

Strategic thinker with a results-driven and autonomous approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

Willingness to travel regularly within France

Bonus: Proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset
